30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate a return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping
For returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
B2B and Bulk Orders
Return policies for bulk or B2B orders may differ. Please refer to your purchase agreement or contact us to discuss return arrangements for large orders.
